What will I find in my box?

Each Bridebox includes a thoughtfully curated craft kit with all the materials and instructions you need to create a beautiful wedding project that is personal to you.

 

Alongside your craft project, you'll receive delightful treats just for you, such as self-care goodies, stylish stationery, and other wedding essentials.

How do I subscribe?

You can click here to sign up! 

When will I be billed?

You will be billed for your first box on the date of purchase and then on the 2nd of each month for subsequent boxes, for example, if you signed up on the 5th of March, you would pay for your first box on this date and then you next box would be charged on the 2nd April. Your billing date will then be on or around the 2nd of each month going forward.  

When will my box be sent?

All of our boxes are posted at the same time. On or around the 15th of the month, they’re sent via Royal Mail, and should take a couple of days to arrive. To receive the current month’s box, all orders must be placed by the 12th of the month. Don’t worry if you placed your order after the 12th, you’ll receive next month’s box!

Do you charge for postage?

No! Free postage is incuded to UK MAINLAND.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes of course!

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.  You can also choose to pause your subscription if you just want to take a break.

Please note, if you have signed up for a specific subscription term e.g. three, six or tweleve boxes, you can cancel but your subscription will continue until the end of that term.  Cancellation will mean that it will not renew once the initial committment period has ended.

What happens if I don't receive my box?

Unfortunately, sometimes things go missing in the post which is beyond our control. If you do not receive your box, please email hello@bridebox.co.uk and we will get the issue resolved for you.
